Make a correction reproducible
Include the article URL, relevant product version, step involved, expected outcome and a sanitised error message. Distinguish a command that failed from a result you are unsure how to interpret. A small harmless example is more useful than an entire confidential log.
Protect private information
Do not email passwords, API keys, recovery codes, patient information, private packet captures or customer records. Sanitize screenshots and logs before sharing them. We do not need your full account or network inventory to consider a guide correction.
Urgent incidents
